I lead Shopify integration projects for online stores that sell on more than one channel. Most clients come to us with the same problem. Stock counts do not match across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and the warehouse, so items get oversold and customers get upset. What I do in this role: - Set up inventory sync and order sync between Shopify and marketplaces using BaseLinker and custom API work - Map products and SKUs so every channel reads the same stock number - Build alerts that flag a failed sync before a customer ever sees it - Test each sync with live test orders before go live - Write simple handover guides so store owners can run the setup on their own - Stay available during the first week after launch to fix anything that comes up I work with store owners, developers, and warehouse teams. My goal is clean data, fewer oversells, and a setup that is easy to keep running.
