I support the planning and delivery of streaming application projects for businesses and content owners seeking to establish or improve their presence on Smart TV platforms. I then coordinate the agreed workflow, help communicate changes, and ensure that deliverables are checked against the approved scope. I prioritize clear communication, realistic timelines, organized project management, and solutions that match each client's goals. My aim is to make streaming app projects easier for clients to plan and manage, from the initial discussion through agreed delivery milestones.
