Leslie Med Spa had been open since 2014, but their website didn't reflect it. Ten years of patient trust, results, and reputation were buried under a generic, template style spa site that looked like it belonged to a clinic that opened last month. Patients were bouncing before they ever reached the booking step, and the team couldn't figure out why a business with such a strong local reputation was struggling to convert website visitors into actual appointments. That's why they reached out they didn't need a redesign for the sake of aesthetics. They needed someone to diagnose why the site wasn't converting and rebuild it with intent. My approach started with an audit of the existing service catalog and booking flow. The problem became clear fast: the site buried the clinic's biggest asset its decade long history and local authority instead of leading with it. So I restructured the entire information architecture as a full design WordPress website rebuild, positioning the 2014 founding date and service credibility front and center, before the visitor even reached the services page. The hardest part of implementation was the booking integration. The clinic relied on Vagaro for scheduling, but their old setup forced patients through a clunky redirect that broke the experience and killed momentum right before conversion. I rebuilt this as a fully embedded Vagaro booking website flow directly inside the WordPress site, so patients could check real-time availability and book without ever leaving the page. Delivery involved close back and forth with the clinic to make sure every service category matched how patients actually searched and thought about treatments, not just how the clinic internally organized them. The result: a med spa website and booking website that finally matched the clinic's real-world reputation.
