Absolutely, I work with Facebook, Instagram, Google and Yelp for Businesses. I have fixed Numerous Technical Issues that clients have run in to.
What If I am not sure how to explain what I need?
Over half of my clients prefer to set up conference calls or screen shares to help get a better understanding of what they need to order. If this sounds like you, send me a message and we can coordinate times.
What if I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to this stuff?
Most clients that I help do not. It is a learning curve that is going to be a necessary evil. I do provide 6 months HELP SUPPORT in case you get stuck on any technical issues, I also do page checks every 10 days to identify anything I can help with. I take my role as a Trusted Advisor serious:)

Greg did a great job helping me understand why my FB and IG were not connected to my meta account. The zoom sessions where he screen shared was very beneficial, and we ultimately got the problem resolved. I loved being able to do business with a US based technical person. It made the process much easier, especially since I am not tech savvy. When you're not tech savvy and have to deal with a cultural and language barrier, it's stressful. Greg was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding.
