What software is used to create the design?
We use Figma to create our designs. It is free to use, so you or your developer will be able to access the source file easily. Figma is very similar to Adobe Xd and Sketch.
Can I get my project progress update before the delivery date?
We send over our design for the first screen after completed to make sure that they are satisfied with the style before we proceed with all the screens.
Can I communicate with you through anything other than fiverr chat?
However, we understand that some projects are complex and require in-depth explanations. What we suggest our clients do in this case is to record a screen recording video using something like Loom and send it over to us.
What if I don't have a clear vision of what I am looking for?
Hey, most of the time it happens, it's not a problem at all, you can precisely right down things that you have in your mind, and the rest of the part we will be doing for you according to our expiries.
What if I don't like the final product?
I am sure that it's the only thing that will not happen here, but in the worst case, if happens so, I will be revising your work indefinitely on your command.
