Designed and implemented a fully automated online check-in and check-in guide distribution system for an Airbnb hospitality business using Typeform, Make (Integromat), and Beds24. Built a secure, scalable workflow where guests receive a welcome message from Beds24 containing a personalized Typeform link with hidden booking and property identifiers. Upon form submission, the automation instantly validates the booking, matches the correct property and unit, and sends the appropriate property-specific check-in guide directly from Beds24. Implemented multiple safety checks including booking validation, email matching, arrival date verification, one-time token validation, and duplicate prevention to ensure guides are never sent to the wrong guest or property. Created a centralized property-to-guide mapping system using editable data storage, allowing the client’s team to easily manage and update check-in guides without technical involvement. The solution eliminated manual follow-ups, prevented delivery errors, improved guest experience, and provided a stable, maintainable automation framework for managing 14+ properties.
