Do you film the product or create UGC?
This gig is for editing footage and assets you provide. Product filming, UGC, models, and product shipping are not included.
What do I need to provide?
Please send your raw footage or product images, logo, approved text or claims, target audience, desired length, platform specifications, and one or two style references.
Can you make a video using product photos only?
Yes, I can create a clean photo-based product video with motion and text. Results are usually stronger when high-quality video clips are also available.
Do you write the script?
No. Please provide approved product copy and claims. I can arrange and tighten buyer-supplied text for the edit, but original scriptwriting is not included unless agreed in a custom offer.
Can you add a voice-over?
I can synchronize a voice-over supplied by you. Voice talent or AI voice generation is not included unless agreed before ordering.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a reasonable change within the approved brief, such as timing, text, music, or clip selection. A new concept, new footage, or a new duration is additional work.
Will the music be safe to use?
I use licensed royalty-free music. Please tell me where the video will run so I can select an appropriate license and style.
Which formats do you deliver?
Essential Edit includes one orientation, Conversion Edit includes two, and Amazon Ad Suite includes three: 16:9, 9:16, or 1:1. Standard and Premium can be delivered in 4K when the source footage supports it.
Can you guarantee Amazon approval or more sales?
No seller can guarantee approval, ranking, conversion, or sales. I will follow the platform specifications you provide and create a professional edit based on your approved claims and assets.
Do I receive the editable project file?
The editable project file is available as a Gig Extra. Third-party plugins, fonts, or licensed stock files may not be transferable.
