It was an absolute pleasure getting to work with Yaoya-san again. He always shows a great artistic understanding of the project (which has been artwork for my poetry collections) and a keen attention to detail. He combines this with a very polite, effective, and professional attitude towards communication...

Yaoya-san is excellent to work with. This was our second project together, and once again the results were outstanding. He replies quickly, is very patient, and implements requested design changes right away. His deep understanding of Japanese culture added real value to our project. We will definitely hire him again for future projects!

Yaoya-san was a pleasure to work with! Even with the time differences, all messages were responded to in a timely manner. When my initial idea for the brief changed and I had a few revision requests, Yaoya-san handled them with no problem. It really felt like a collaborative effort. I am extremely happy with how the book cover turned out. :)
