What's NOT included?
Third-party app subscriptions (Make.com, n8n, Airtable plans), Shopify or QuickBooks integrations (separate gig), and large historical data migration. All can be discussed as add-ons.
I have hundreds of SKUs with multiple variants — can you handle that?
Yes. Variant structures (product → color → size → design) are something I specifically build for. I'll design a clean SKU naming system and database structure that scales with your catalog.
Can you build a design approval workflow so clients stop emailing us files?
Yes. Clients get a link, see the design, approve or comment — all tracked in one place. No more email attachments, no more "which version did they approve?" disputes.
Will my team be able to use this without Airtable training?
Yes. I build simple, intuitive interfaces for your team. Everything is documented. If you need a custom interface with no per-seat Airtable costs, that's available in the Premium package.
Can orders from email and WhatsApp be captured automatically?
Yes — in the Premium tier I build an AI-powered order parser (Claude AI) that reads incoming orders from multiple sources and creates structured records automatically.
Do you integrate with Shopify or QuickBooks?
Shopify integration is a separate gig. QuickBooks can be added as an upgrade. Message me and I'll scope it together with your base system for a combined price.
