What do you need to get started?
You are welcome to message anytime to discuss your project in details. If you need anything more that is not in my description, We are open to discuss and offer you a good price. or if you think you have no doubt, then you can order directly and provide all the images with instruction.
What is your standard turnaround time?
My standard time is 48 hours, but I do deliver most of the orders within 8 to 24 hours.
How can I send images to you? What file types can you return to me?
You can send images on order page or chat box, or you can send a zip file, Google drive link, Dropbox link, We transfer or any file sharing system you prefer. I will return as White JPEG (Web optimized Resized images if need), Transparent png, PSD source, Tiff (Layered Tiff if need)
What file type do you need to start?
Any file type can be send to us JPG to RAW images and we'll convert them to JPEG or PSD files during the editing process. But try to send a higher resolution image for a super quality result.
How many images can you edit per day?
I have a team of professional editor. I can manage around 1000 images per day.
What type of security you maintain?
I never share buyers property to others, Never use for any promotional campaign. And we delete all data after 3 months of project completion.
What are your policies surrounding rejections? Will you fix images for free?
Absolutely! Just request revision and give me note, I will do unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfy.
