Client Objective: To conceptualize, design, and fully develop 13 unique, original games built entirely from scratch, with the strategic goal of submitting them to a competitive game idea contest and achieving a winning outcome. Executive Summary: I served as the sole architect, designer, and developer for this extensive project, delivering a complete turnkey solution. My responsibility was to transform a blank slate into 13 distinct, playable interactive experiences. This required not only technical proficiency but also creative agility, as each game demanded its own unique identity, mechanics, and polish to stand out in a competitive field. Detailed Scope of Work & Deliverables: 1. Ideation & Conceptual Design The project began with an intensive brainstorming phase, where I generated 13 discrete game concepts. I ensured diversity across genres—ranging from fast-paced action and strategic puzzles to endless runners and narrative-driven mini-games—to provide the client with a robust portfolio of submissions. For each concept, I defined the core loop, win states, difficulty curves, and visual style to ensure they were not only functional but inherently fun and engaging for competition judges. 2. Full-Cycle Game Development (From Scratch) I executed the complete development pipeline for each title without the use of templates, stock assets, or pre-fabricated code. This involved: Custom Architecture: Building the foundational code, physics engines, and game logic for each project independently. Diverse Mechanics: Implementing varied gameplay systems. For example, one game might feature complex physics-based puzzles while another required precise twitch-reflex controls. This variety demonstrated technical versatility. For client rtg1966, I developed 13 original games from scratch specifically designed to win her game idea competition—a goal we successfully achieved together.
