Designed a focused iOS fitness app from scratch after identifying gaps in leading competitors. Researched 3 apps to map friction across navigation, workout logging, and onboarding drop-off. Redesigned a fragmented HR onboarding experience into a structured web app guiding new hires from offer to full productivity in 30 days. Audited 5 leading HRM platforms and mapped the employee journey to surface 6 critical friction points. Designed 16 user flows and 8 hi-fi screens, delivered with a reusable component system and complete developer handoff in Figma. CRM Platform (SaaS Dashboard Redesign): Rebuilt a cluttered SaaS CRM dashboard into a clear, systematic experience with sidebar-first navigation. Audited the original system to surface navigation depth issues, data overload, and inconsistent components. Designed 9 end-to-end user flows across authentication, user management, reports, analytics, and admin including full empty and error state patterns.
