FAQ
What files do I need to provide for the ghost mannequin effect?
ou need to provide the main photo of the garment on a mannequin or model, along with a separate shot of the inside of the garment (the inner neck, lining, or label area) taken on the same setup.
Can you fix garments that look asymmetrical or wrinkled in the original photo?
Yes! In the Standard and Premium packages, I use advanced digital shaping and liquifying to balance out shoulders, straighten hems, and smooth out heavy wrinkles so the garment looks perfectly tailored.
Do you offer discounts for large bulk orders or ongoing seasonal collections?
Absolutely. If you have a large production line or a high volume of catalog photos, please send me a message with your total image count and I will create a custom offer tailored to your budget.
What file formats will I receive?
By default, I deliver high-resolution JPEGs on a pure white background optimized for e-commerce web standards. If you need transparent background PNGs or layered PSD source files, just let me know!
