Mr. Lech counsels clients regarding appropriate overall IP strategy. He drafts opinions regarding right-to-use, patentability, validity, and non-infringement and prosecutes U.S. patent applications, including presenting appeals before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Lech also drafts various agreements and licenses with a focus on intellectual property rights. Mr. Lech further litigates intellectual property cases before the U.S. Federal District Court in various states (NV, MI, and OH).
