She worked with me. Even excepted my manuscript before receiving payment. Was understanding to my pay schedule, and was patient trusting my word payment would be received, when I had my days confused. I even got my package delivered before the excepted due date.

Received delivery well ahead of time. Roxanna as usual was very helpful negotiating the process. She works quickly but thoroughly and helps lead me to getting the product just as I wanted it. She produces fine work and instills confidence in me in using what is for me a new website (Fiverr).

Her book review is just what this writer needed to ponder her suggestions. Some of the points she raised pricked my ego, yet here I sit, pondering her suggestions. For me, her review for the money was fantastically well spent.

This project took much too long to complete: Roxanna promised to do it in 10 days but took almost a month due to so many errors, revisions, poor communication response time, and way too many delays. The agents' list had to be re-done 3 times because she kept offering numerous agents at the same agency...

Poor communication. Days without responding to messages, then tried to upsell her other gigs without finishing the one I paid for, then lost interest, and didn't make the amendments I requested.
