Working with an HVAC company was a temporary opportunity that provided valuable professional experience. During my time there, I was responsible for ensuring that customers’ needs were met and that they received the necessary support. I regularly updated spreadsheets, entered and maintained customer information, and worked with various CRM platforms, including GHL, JustCall, and Shopify. This experience strengthened my administrative, data entry, customer service, and organizational skills. Although the position was temporary, I learned a great deal and gained practical knowledge that has better equipped me for future opportunities. I am grateful for the experience and the skills I developed.
