I currently work as Director of Technology at a game outsourcing studio, leading and mentoring a team of 10+ developers across multiple projects and platforms. While our core expertise is Unity, I also oversee and support development in Unreal Engine, Roblox, Meta Horizon, Phaser, Godot, and other game frameworks as needed by each project. My role focuses on ensuring code quality, technical consistency, and scalable architectures across all productions. I’m responsible for defining technical structures, reviewing and improving code standards, designing robust systems, and helping teams make sound technical decisions from early prototyping to live operations. I work closely with developers to solve complex problems, optimize performance, and maintain long-term maintainability of the codebase. In addition to leadership, I remain hands-on with architecture, tooling, and pipelines, acting as a technical reference point for both the team and the company.
