FAQ
Can you set up the official WhatsApp Business API?
Official WhatsApp Business API through 360dialog, Gupshup, Twilio or Wati, Meta business verification, display name, business profile and message templates. Meta reviews can take a few days, so that step starts first.
Which platform is right for me?
Botpress for advanced AI agents, respond.io for team inboxes, ManyChat for Instagram and Messenger, Wati for simple WhatsApp flows. I recommend one after seeing your volume, budget and channels.
Will the AI agent know my business?
Yes. ChatGPT, Claude AI or Gemini trained on your services, prices, policies and FAQs, with replies in English, French or Spanish. Anything it cannot answer goes straight to a person on your team.
Can it handle bookings and orders?
Yes. Calendly booking links, Shopify and WooCommerce order updates, lead details saved to Google Sheets or your CRM, and n8n or Make connecting respond.io, Botpress or ManyChat to the rest of your tools.
Can I send broadcasts and let my team take over?
Yes. Opt-in collection, approved broadcast templates, respond.io, Chatwoot or Trengo shared inboxes, handover rules, hot lead alerts to your phone and a recorded walkthrough so your team can run everything.
