Do I need to provide the content myself?
Yes — you send me your FAQ questions and answers plus your brand details, and I set everything up in the bot. You can also edit the content yourself later without any coding.
Can you deploy and host the bot for me?
Hosting and 24/7 deployment are part of the Premium package (or available as an add-on). Basic and Standard are delivered as ready-to-run source code that you launch on your own machine or server.
Will the bot reply with AI to any question?
Basic and Standard use a button-based FAQ menu, which is reliable and predictable. AI-powered free-text answers (GPT) are included in the Premium package.
What do you need from me to start?
A Telegram bot token from BotFather, your Telegram chat ID for lead notifications, your FAQ content, and basic brand details. I'll guide you through getting the token if needed.
