FAQ
Will my website go offline during the migration?
No. Your live 7.0 site stays up while I build the 7.1 version in preview. Nothing changes publicly until you approve.
Can we undo the upgrade?
Once 7.1 is published it can't be reversed, which is why I duplicate your site as a full backup before starting.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
No. Page URLs, blog posts, metadata and redirects are kept, and I check every page before and after.
My template doesn't show "Update to 7.1." Can you still do it?
Yes. Some templates (or sites with Developer Mode on) don't show the button. I handle these with a manual rebuild. Choose the incompatible template extra.
Why did my custom CSS break?
7.1 uses different page structure and class names, so old 7.0 code often stops working. I rewrite it for 7.1 and Fluid Engine.
Which templates do you migrate?
All Brine family templates, plus Bedford family (Bedford, Anya, Bryant, Hayden). Message me for anything else.
