Automation Engineer, Email Systems, Lead Gen and AI Workflows That Run Themselv
Über diesen Service
I run a real lead-generation pipeline not a one-off scrape.
It has already mapped 4,277 local businesses, discovered 2,398 real websites, audited 1,234 of them for technical issues, and sent 345 real outreach emails. I'm offering the same system for your target market and category.
What you get:
- Verified business leads (name, address, phone, rating, review count) for any category + city
- Website discovery + technical audit: HTTPS, mobile-friendliness, load speed, tech stack (Shopify/WooCommerce/etc.)
- [Premium] Outreach email copy written for your niche + delivery sequence setup
Every lead comes from a live, verifiable source Google Maps data plus direct site crawling. No purchased lists, no outdated databases, no recycled spreadsheets.
What I need from you: target category and city/region. For Standard/Premium: your outreach angle or offer.

FAQ
What does "verified" mean exactly?
Every lead comes from a live, current source — Google Maps business listings plus direct website crawling. I don't pull from purchased lists or static databases. I don't guarantee every email passes SMTP validation, but every record is freshly collected, not recycled.
What format do I receive the data in?
CSV, ready to open in Excel/Google Sheets/your CRM. Standard and Premium include a 1-page summary alongside the raw file.
Can you target any city or industry?
Yes — any category + city combination via Google Maps data. Just tell me the niche and location in your order requirements.
Do you guarantee a specific number of valid contacts?
I guarantee the number of businesses listed matches your package (100/300/500). Not every business will have a public email or phone — that depends on what's publicly listed, which varies by industry.
Can I get a re-run later with updated data?
Yes, as a new order — I don't keep raw scrape data long-term (source platform retention is 7 days), so re-runs are fresh pulls, not cached copies.
