Most email automation gigs sell you "connected flows" - triggers with no strategy behind them.
I design email lifecycle systems the way I run my own: a sequence where every message has a job, not just an autoresponder.
I've built and operated a complete 8-email lifecycle system for my own brand - real backend, transactional infrastructure, timed delays, real performance data. I know what a working funnel looks like because I run one.
For your store, I'll build this in Klaviyo (or your ESP): Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase and Win-back - written, tested, configured with proper delays, segmentation, and suppression logic so flows don't collide.
What you get: full copy for every email, flow logic (triggers/delays/segmentation), mobile+desktop tested templates, deliverability guidance (DKIM/SPF/DMARC).

Do I need to already have a Klaviyo account?
No. If you don't have one yet, I'll help you set it up (free tier works up to 250 contacts). If you use a different ESP (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign), let me know before ordering.
Will you write the email copy, or do I need to provide it?
I write everything - subject lines, body copy, CTAs. If you have brand voice guidelines or example copy, send them and I'll match your tone. If not, I'll work from your product/offer details.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your Klaviyo account (or invite as collaborator), basic brand info (logo, colors, tone), and details about your product or offer.
Can you migrate flows from another platform into Klaviyo?
Yes - message me before ordering with details on what you're migrating from, so I can scope it correctly.
