FAQ
Do I need Commercial Rights?
Yes, you need commercial rights if you are using this for business use or on a website in non-paid marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service
Do I need Broadcast Rights?
Yes you will need broadcast rights if you are promoting your book in paid advertising channels (radio, tv, internet, mobile ads, Pinterest ads, Instagram ads, google ads, YouTube)
What revisions do you provide?
If I make a mistake, miss or mispronounce words, I will be happy to revise that part of the recording free of charge. If there are mistakes or changes to the script up to 50 words I will re-record it as a part of your single revision. More then that would include an extra revision cost.
What are style revisions?
I will always offer you a free sample before we start to make sure you are happy with the tone and style of the project. If after recording you decide you would like a different style read then that will incur extra charges.
Do you add background music?
I don't normally add music but I can help with this if you know exactly the music you would like.
What does it mean to split files?
By splitting files, I will separate each segment or chapter of your audio into individual files. If that is something you need, make sure you select this add-on when placing your order.
What accents do you offer?
I speak fluent English and have a 'neutral' Canadian female accent. If your script includes words that are in different languages, there is no guarantee that I will get the pronunciation correctly but I can always try as I am very versatile, having lived in many countries around the world.
What is ACX Standard?
If you would like your audiobook uploaded to ACX, I will make sure it complies with all the standards they ask for: having a room tone at the beginning and end of file. Be free of sounds, measure between -23dB and -18dB RMS and have -3dB peak values and a maximum -60dB noise floor.
