Founded and manage Rev's Freelancing Hub — an active Discord community launched February 2026 for freelancers focused on AI and gig work platforms including Alignerr, Outlier, Appen, Handshake, LinkedIn, Micro1, Mercor, Lionbridge, and Hubstaff Talent. Built the server from scratch: organized channel structure, role hierarchy with permission gating, Carl-bot and MEE6 configuration, styled welcome embeds, reaction-role systems allowing members to self-select their platform interests, and moderation workflows. Curate followed announcement channels from external partners (Midjourney, Google Maps Platform) delivering relevant industry updates directly to community members. Manage day-to-day member engagement, onboarding new joiners, and enforcing community guidelines to maintain a professional, drama-free space for serious freelancers.
