John took our AI created design and a crude SketchUp layout and turned it into building plans that are detailed and clear. His level to detail is excellent and all communication has been proactive. Great shop drawings. Not so good if you want to use for permits. We had to get an engineer to do the drawings from scratch because of lack of information needed to obtain a city permit. We provided with an older site plan drawings to be used to extract information from. Nothing useful was sent back.

John crushed it! Gave me everything I needed to visualize my project so I could move forward. Easy to communicate with and worked in a timely manner.
