Please send the venue quotes, proposals, pricing guides, or package documents you want compared. PDF files are preferred when available. I'll also need your estimated guest count and a few basic details about your wedding.
Can you compare venues with completely different packages?
Yes! That's one of the main purposes of VowReview. I'll organize the information into a consistent format so you can more easily see how the packages differ.
Will you tell me which venue I should choose?
I won't make the final decision for you, but I can highlight important differences, inclusions, costs, and areas that may need clarification so you can make a more informed choice.
Can you find hidden fees?
I'll identify additional charges, fees, and exclusions that are stated in the documents you provide. I'll also flag information that appears missing or unclear and suggest questions to ask the venue. I cannot guarantee that a vendor has disclosed every possible charge.
What if some information isn't included in my venue quote?
I'll mark important information as missing or unclear rather than guessing. Depending on your package, I'll also provide questions you can ask the venue to get the information you need.
