I will build a computer vision defect detection system for your production line
Founder at Xopera Technologies, AI Automation, ERP and SaaS Engineering
Über diesen Service
Manual inspection is slow, inconsistent and expensive, and defects that slip through cost you customers. I build AI-powered machine vision systems that inspect products automatically on your production line.
WHAT I BUILD
- Defect detection models trained on your real product images
- Industrial camera integration, including line-scan and area-scan cameras
- Real-time inspection with alerts, rejection signals and logging
- Operator dashboard: defect types, rates, shift reports
- Data pipeline to keep improving accuracy over time
USE CASES
Fabric and textile inspection, surface defects, packaging checks, assembly verification and QC reporting.
PROCESS
1. Feasibility review with your sample images
2. Camera, lighting and hardware recommendations
3. Model training and accuracy report
4. Integration, on-site or remote setup, operator dashboard
WHY ME
At Robionix Technologies I built industrial machine vision systems that integrate cameras, sensors and hardware, plus the operator panels and backend APIs behind them. I've also built fabric defect detection with line-scan cameras.
Send me sample images of good and defective products for a free feasibility opinion.

FAQ
How many images do you need?
Usually a few hundred good and defective samples per defect type for a reliable start. I'll tell you exactly after reviewing your samples.
Which cameras do you support?
Industrial area-scan and line-scan cameras plus standard IP and USB cameras. I'll recommend cameras and lighting for your line if you don't have them yet.
What accuracy can we expect?
It depends on defect visibility and lighting. The PoC gives you a real accuracy report on your data before you invest in the full system.
Have you built systems like this before?
Yes. I built industrial machine vision applications with cameras, sensors and hardware integration at Robionix Technologies, and fabric defect detection with line-scan cameras. I can walk you through examples on a call.
Do you handle the software around the model?
Yes. Operator panels, device configuration, user management, REST APIs and databases, so the system runs on your floor and isn't just a model in a notebook.
