Does the writing of a job description really make a difference?
Absolutely. How many times in your life have you been in the market for a new position and have scrolled past dozens of boring adverts? It can make the difference between a high quality candidate scrolling past your ad and choosing a competitor instead and that same person choosing you.
Why should I hire a freelancer for this?
Good question! You could try it yourself, however I often find that time restraints is an issue for many business owners and I honestly have seen the results from using a professional writer.
Couldn't I just go with a recruitment agency?
Of course you could and they will likely have some good business writers in their agency. However the difference here is time and fees. If you go with myself and get say 5 job descriptions compared to with an agency you will save hundreds if not thousands.
