I panicked when I saw my site broken, messaged her half asleep, still got a proper response and a fix, not what I expected 👍🏼.

The process was I was asking for help with malware which she told me is what she can solve. Also asked other here but she told me she will solve it and so I also had a vorher amount to pay. But until today it’s Not solved and no documentation and No will to solve the problem completely. Maybe she is Not able to to this work

Overall, this was a very negative experience. There was a total lack of communication and no attention to my specific needs or requests. First, before what I had initially paid for had been completed in full, I was asked for more money. My website did not appear to be much faster, and images had not... Mehr anzeigen

The final result was good and she fixed everything I pointed out. My only issue: every change request was treated as a new task with extra payment, even small fixes that were part of the original scope. Decent work overall, just be very clear about scope upfront.
