Do I need to have my own Claude or Zapier account?
Yes, you will need your own Zapier account (Starter plan or higher is recommended for multi-step Zaps). For Claude, I can either use my developer API key and bill you for usage, or you can provide your own Anthropic API key for direct billing.
Is the cost of the Claude API included in the gig price?
No, the gig price covers my professional service for building and testing the automation. You will be responsible for any ongoing API usage costs from Anthropic (Claude) and your Zapier subscription.
Can Claude handle large documents or long lists of data?
Absolutely. I use Claude Opus 4.6, which has a massive 1-million-token context window. This allows the automation to process entire books, long legal documents, or large datasets that other AI models (like GPT-4) might struggle with.
What happens if a Zapier workflow breaks after the order is complete?
I offer a 7-day support window (Basic) and up to 30 days (Premium) to fix any bugs. If Zapier or an external API changes their structure after this period, I offer a maintenance "Add-On" to keep your systems running smoothly.
Is my data secure when using Claude AI?
Yes. I follow best practices by using "System Prompts" that ensure Claude doesn't share data between sessions. Additionally, Anthropic’s API (unlike the free consumer chat) does not use your data to train their global models by default.
Can you integrate Claude with my custom-built website?
Yes! As a Full-Stack Developer, I specialize in connecting AI to custom environments. I can use Webhooks in Zapier to send data from Claude directly to your database, WordPress site, or custom web app.
Do I need my own Anthropic account and Claude API key?
Yes, the Claude API key needs to be on your own account so the integration stays yours after delivery. If you do not have one yet I will walk you through creating it, and I will never ask for your password.
What happens if something breaks after the order is complete?
If it is a fault in what I built, I fix it at no cost. If it breaks because something on your side changed, an API key, a data format, a connected tool, I will tell you what happened and quote separately.
How do you scope a project before I order?
Send me the task and what you do manually today. I reply with the scope, a fixed price and a delivery date in writing. If the job is not a good fit for Claude, I say so before you spend anything.
