Über mich
I've been building and fixing websites since I was 16. I spent three years at Ohava building, designing and supporting WordPress sites, and I've run the day-to-day office for a small business owner, so I know how busy you are. Today I build clean, mobile-friendly websites and keep them updated every month. I'm on Fiverr for one reason: small business owners deserve good work at a fair price, without the runaround. Plain English, quick replies from the US, and work delivered on time.

WordPress Support Technician
Ohava • Vollzeit
Jan 2022 - Dec 2024 • 2 yrs 11 mos
Three years at Ohava, a website building and hosting platform. Deployed, designed and maintained WordPress sites for clients, including themes, plugins, content updates and troubleshooting on both the front end and the back end. Monitored site performance to catch problems before clients noticed, resolved about 20 support tickets a week with a 95% client satisfaction rate, and trained new clients on WordPress basics so they could manage their own sites with confidence. Also handled client relations: billing questions, outreach and follow-ups.
