Richa was proactive in trying to do the best work possible and I appreciated her advice on font design. The resulting work was professional and enabled me to publish the book on KDP, but some subtelties of the French language led to slight misunderstandings in the beginning. I would however recommend Richa for anyone looking to do profesionnal work with KDP

Tutto ok, professionale e attenta ai dettagli come sempre. Pronta e disponibile per completare ogni progetto. Lavoreremo ancora insieme, ne sono sicuro. Sempre consigliata. Everything was great, professional and attentive to detail as always. Ready and available to complete any project. I'm sure we'll work together again. Highly recommended.

Richa is an excellent choice when formatting a children's book. I have access problems with IngramSparks but that has nothing to do with Richa's professionalism. Hopefully our efforts will reach publication of my book. (technical access problems with IngramSparks)
