Worked with Hunter Capital to build and optimize a complete lead generation and appointment booking system focused on turning paid traffic into qualified leads and booked appointments. My responsibilities included building and optimizing the GoHighLevel sales funnel, setting up CRM pipelines, creating lead capture forms, configuring appointment calendars, and developing automated lead nurture workflows. I also worked on Meta Ads campaigns to generate targeted leads and connected the advertising process with GoHighLevel so leads could automatically enter the CRM, receive follow-up messages, and move through the appropriate pipeline stages. The system included automated email/SMS follow-ups, lead nurturing sequences, appointment reminders, pipeline management, and lead tracking. The overall workflow was designed to connect the complete customer journey from Meta Ads → Lead Capture → CRM → Automated Nurturing → Appointment Booking.
