Which file format should I send? (MOST IMPORTANT)
It is best to work with a RAW image, as it contains the most information. If you do not have it you can send JPG, PNG, TIFF, or PSD. Please make sure that the photo is of good quality, 80% of the result depends on it. An image with bad light or low quality cannot be improved greatly improved.

I usually ask my customers to describe all requirements as much as they can, not using abstracts words like "something beautiful", "flawless" e.c., especially when we are working for the first time!
