I asked for a video from a game outside the list presented, and also gave a game code in order to have have the video taken. What was done is a 1 hour straight recording of the beginning of the game.

Over a week late, no communication regarding delays until I requested a response and threatened to cancel, eventually had to involve Fiverr customer support to get my requested footage. Furthermore, the seller then requested that I do NOT write a review due to this being "not a typical experience."
