I will build a practical invoice review workflow that helps you process invoice PDF and image files more efficiently. The workflow extracts key invoice information, checks totals, taxes, dates, duplicates, and missing fields, then highlights potential issues for human review.
Depending on your package, you will receive either a Managed Excel Review Workbook or a private online Invoice Review Workbench with upload, review, approval, and approved-output features.
The system is designed to support human validation, reduce repetitive checking, and improve consistency. Custom invoice rules, application/database integration, and additional tailored workflow features are available through Premium or a custom offer.

What invoice formats do you support?
I support common PDF and image formats, including scanned invoices and digital PDFs. Please send a sample before ordering so I can confirm compatibility.
Does the system automatically approve invoices?
No. The workflow identifies potential issues, but final decisions remain with a human reviewer through the validation gateway. It can be possible to set condition for automatic approval.
What invoice checks are included?
Checks may include invoice number, date, subtotal, tax, total amount, missing fields, duplicate invoices, and inconsistent information.
Do you provide an online review system?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages can include a fully customized private online Invoice Review Workbench. Basic includes an Excel-based review workbook.
Can you customize the workflow for my business?
Yes. Premium can include customer-specific invoice rules, review steps, output formats, and workflow adjustments.
Do you offer application or database integration?
Application and database integration are not included in the basic service. Please contact me first to discuss technical requirements and receive a custom quote. It is definitely possible under discussion and further details.
Is my invoice data secure?
They are not shared, sold, or reused for other purposes. Access is limited to the work required, and shared only through permission. Files are deleted after delivery unless you request secure retention. You retain full control of the workbook, workbench, access permissions, and processed records.
What do I need to provide before work begins?
You only need to provide sample invoices, required invoice fields, validation rules, and any specific approval or review requirements.
