Are you available for FREE zoom consultation?
Yes! I am available for a zoom meeting with you without any cost to you. I have flexible hours as per your time zone. In this meeting, I will introduce myself to you and take you through the process of creation of the website. Just message me first.

Yes. I connect booking engines like Hostaway, Guesty, OwnerRez or Lodgify, or use a WordPress booking plugin, so guests can book and pay on your site without OTA fees.
Can you integrate AppFolio, Buildium or Rentvine?
Yes. I add your listings and tenant/owner portal links from AppFolio, Buildium, Rentvine, Propertyware or similar software, so tenants apply and pay rent through the system you already use.
How will the site help me win more property owners?
I add an owner section with a free rental analysis form, clear service and fee info, reviews and local SEO pages, so owners looking for a manager in your area can find and contact you.
Can you sync my Airbnb and Vrbo calendars?
Yes, through iCal sync or your channel manager, so availability stays up to date and you avoid double bookings.
Will I need to pay for any software or plugins?
Your property management or booking software is billed by that provider. Some premium WordPress plugins have a yearly license. I'll list every cost before we start.
Can tenants pay rent and request maintenance online?
Yes, through your software's tenant portal, which I link from your site. I can also add a maintenance request form that emails your team.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your logo, services, service areas, the software you use, property photos, and any websites you like.
Can I update listings and pages myself?
Yes. Listings update automatically from your software. Pages are easy to edit, and you get a walkthrough video.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. If anything I built isn't working as agreed, I'll fix it for free. For new features or ongoing updates later, just message me.
