Which CRMs do you work with?
HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Monday CRM. Message me first for anything else.
Do I need an existing account?
Yes, an active account (free tiers work for HubSpot/Zoho). I can advise on the right plan before we start.
Do you need my password?
No. Add me as an admin/user with my email.
Make.com, n8n or Zapier?
I recommend by cost and complexity. Make and n8n are usually cheaper at volume. I can use Zapier if you already pay for it.
Can you add AI to my CRM?
Yes: lead scoring, auto-replies, enrichment and summaries using OpenAI/Claude through Make or n8n. You pay your own API usage.
Can you fix my broken automations?
Yes. Send access and a description. Most fixes fit the Basic package.
Can you migrate from another CRM?
Yes, in Standard and Premium. Contact counts are listed in each package.
Do you set up SMS/A2P 10DLC?
Yes for GoHighLevel. Registration approval time depends on the carriers, not me.
Will I get training?
Yes. Video walkthrough in Standard, plus a live call in Premium.
Is there support after delivery?
7 days of free fixes for anything I built. Ongoing support is available as an extra.
