The order was completed perfectly and the quality was on point though I'd suggest letting the order be started and paid for first before starting on the actual file 'cause there might be approvals or disapprovals during the order request. Otherwise def. recommended.

He was very quick, professional and friendly. But his solution was not really what I was looking for. I was expecting to gain a more nuanced perspective about my problem and how to resolve it. Not the most obvious alternative way to approach it; that also wasn't really working. He did integrate my revisions...

Ricky was so fast and so efficient. I thought my file was a lost cause and it felt like within minutes he had it fixed up and ready to go. When I had questions about it he recorded a short tutorial for me(a complete novice) which was beyond kind and helpful. Thank you so much! I will definitely be bringing my lost causes to Ricky again :)
