YES. Always message first. Tell me your POS platform (Shopify, Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed), how many locations you have, and your product count. I'll confirm the right package and timeline before you pay. This prevents ordering the wrong package and wasting time.
Can you fix a POS system that's already installed but not working?
Yes. This is actually most of my work. Previous freelancer set it up wrong. App stopped syncing. Payment gateway broke. Inventory is a mess. Hardware won't connect. I diagnose the problem, fix it properly, and document everything so it doesn't break again.
