FAQ
What information do you need from me to begin drafting the Factory SOPs?
I will send a secure discovery intake form. You will provide your manufacturing machinery models, current shift roster structures, active safety rules, and any specific industry regulations (such as OSHA, FDA, or ISO) that your facility must comply with.
Can you adapt these documents to my specific state or country labor laws?
Yes. Backed by 21+ years of corporate HR experience, I specialize in localizing operational and compliance frameworks. I ensure your safety protocols, grievance channels, and shift-differential rules strictly align with your local regulatory frameworks.
Do you offer live floor training or virtual consulting sessions alongside the assets?
Yes. While this specific gig delivers the foundational documentation, you can choose my Premium tier or request a Custom Offer to include dedicated management strategy sessions or live walkthrough advisory support.
What industries do these Standard Operating Procedures cover?
My core expertise stems from a 7-year tenure at a multinational FMCG giant. I design frameworks for high-speed food and beverage processing, consumer packaging, automotive assembly, chemical production, and warehouse logistics centers.
