When can we start?
Please direct message (contact) me, so we can discuss your project in more detail and proceed with the first design drafts as soon as we agree on scope of work and the design requirements after that date.
What information do you need from us to start?
Prior to proceeding with the design work, I ask all of my clients to introduce themselves around a virtual coffee or tea meeting via Microsoft Team in a video call and we take the time to discuss your project. Or if you prefer by message.
What would be the project timeline?
I will have the first concept of the homepage delivered to you within 4 business days from the start of the project. After that, I will provide you with design updates on a daily basis. The timeline after the homepage has been completed will also depend on how fast you provide me with your feedback.
What is your work flow / process?
Gather Requirements (Provided by you) -> Initial Concept -> Client Feedback -> Implementation of Required Changes (1st Revision) -> Client Feedback -> Implementation of Required Changes (2nd Revision) -> Client Feedback -> Final Delivery (3rd Revision).
What is a revision?
A revision is an iteration of the initial concept design or design in progress based on clients' suggestions, feedback, or course correction to progress toward the final design. One revision implies implementations of all requested changes on the last design version delivered by me.
What are your working hours and how often are you available?
I am working from 8:30 am to 6:00pm France (Paris time), Monday to Friday, and I am constantly available on Fiverr chat during these hours for any questions you may have. I do NOT work on weekends. You can check the time difference via this link to help you out: https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/
Do you provide mobile views design?
The mobile view designs are included as part of the Gig packages pricing but it comes after the Desktop view that we validate together first.
Do you provide design conversion into HTML/CSS?
The design conversion into HTML/CSS or WordPress is NOT included in the Gig packages pricing, but you can directly message (contact) me and I will make you a custom offer that includes design conversion into HTML/CSS.
Do you offer any other services?
Yes, I provide other services like Branding, Flyers, Brochure, Web Banners, Website optimization.
