FAQ
Is the data I share with you safe and secure?
Yes. I treat all property, pricing, performance, and account information as confidential and use it only for the agreed project.
Do you provide training and support after the job is completed?
Absolutely. I can explain the setup, the pricing logic, and the recommended strategy so you understand how to manage it confidently.
Do I need to already have a PriceLabs account?
Yes, ideally. If you do not have one yet, I can guide you on what you need before we begin.
Can you optimize more than one property?
Yes. The packages cover a limited number of properties, and you can add extra properties as a gig extra or request a custom offer.
What information do you need from me?
I usually need your property link, location, current pricing setup, occupancy or booking information, goals, and access or screenshots of your PriceLabs settings if required.
Can you work with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, or other OTAs?
Yes. My revenue-management approach can support properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and other major channels.
Will you guarantee higher revenue?
No one can honestly guarantee a specific revenue increase because results depend on demand, competition, seasonality, property quality, reviews, and market conditions. I provide data-driven optimization designed to improve pricing decisions and revenue performance.
