Online Teaching & Digital Education Management Experience During the COVID-19 pandemic and nationwide lockdown, I played a key role in successfully transitioning my private school from traditional classroom teaching to online education. I was responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the school's online teaching system. Successfully facilitated the transition from physical classroom teaching to online learning during the COVID-19 lockdown. Trained and guided approximately 101 teachers on how to conduct effective online classes. Organized and conducted Zoom training sessions and meetings to teach teachers how to use online teaching platforms and digital tools. Assisted teachers in setting up their online classrooms, managing virtual lessons, sharing educational resources, and communicating with students online. Provided continuous technical and instructional support to teachers throughout the transition. Coordinated with school management and administration to plan and implement the online education system. Helped develop and establish a structured online teaching setup to ensure continuity of education during the lockdown. Monitored teachers' online teaching activities and provided guidance whenever required. Acted as a bridge between school management, teachers, and the online learning system to ensure smooth communication and implementation. Successfully managed the challenges associated with introducing a completely new method of teaching within a short period of time. Key Achievement: Successfully supported the transition of approximately 101 teachers to online teaching and helped ensure the continuation of education during the COVID-19 lockdown.
