Key responsibilities and expertise: ✅ GST Filing & Compliance — Preparing and filing monthly/quarterly GST returns, ensuring accurate input tax credit reconciliation and compliance with regulations. ✅ TDS Management — Handling TDS deductions, payments, and quarterly TDS return filings across various sections applicable to vendor and contractor payments. ✅ Tally Prime — Managing complete books of accounts including sales entries, purchase entries, bank reconciliation, and journal adjustments on Tally Prime. ✅ Bank & Branch Reconciliation — Reconciling multiple bank accounts and branch-level transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies between books and statements. ✅ Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) — Managing outstanding client dues and vendor payments, including aging analysis, follow-ups, and payment allocation using FIFO and other methods. ✅ Vendor & Purchase Invoice Management — Organizing and processing large volumes of purchase invoices across multiple vendors and financial years into structured, auditable systems. ✅ Custom Financial Dashboards — Building automated Excel and web-based dashboards to track outstanding amounts, TDS deductions, penalties, credit notes, and billing discrepancies — reducing manual reconciliation effort significantly.
