I ran cold email outreach to family law attorneys for a digital forensics company, across several US states, and owned the copy and delivery end to end. Each sequence was short and personalized: one real pain point, an interest-based CTA instead of a pitch. I also handled the infrastructure: sending domains, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox warmup, and sender reputation monitoring to keep campaigns out of spam. I split the lists by state and practice area, matched the messaging to each segment, then tracked opens and replies and tested subject lines to see what actually worked. The result: a repeatable system that connected a niche forensics service with the right decision-makers in legal.
