I did cold email outreach to family law lawyers for a digital forensics company across multiple states in the USA. I owned the copy and delivery end-to-end. I built short, personalized e-mail sequences to get responses from busy attorneys. Each message was tight, hit a real pain point, and used an interest-based CTA instead of a hard sell. I was the one who dealt with the infrastructure that put those e-mails in the inbox. I set up sending domains, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, ran inbox warmup and monitored sender reputation to keep campaigns out of spam. I broke the attorney lists down by state and practice focus and then matched the messaging to each segment. I monitored open rates, reply rates, tested subject lines and angles, and optimized the sequences based on what actually moved the numbers. The end result was a clean, repeatable outreach system that made the niche forensics service connect with the right decision makers in the legal space.
