Knack Scheduling App with DHTMLX Scheduler & Real-Time API Sync

The client had been managing Patient's appointments through a mix of spreadsheets and phone calls — things were getting missed. I built a scheduling interface using DHTMLX Scheduler embedded inside their Knack app, pulling and pushing data through the Knack API in real time. Drag-and-drop rescheduling that used to take a 20-minute back-and-forth phone call now takes about 10 seconds. The client told me in their review it was the first time their team actually enjoyed using their own system.

Appointment Reminder System - AWS EventBridge, Lambda, SNS & SES

This was a healthcare scheduling client who needed patients reminded about upcoming appointments - but their existing system had no notification capability at all. I designed an EventBridge-driven scheduler that fires Lambda functions at the right times, routes messages through SNS for SMS and SES for email. No-show rates dropped noticeably within the first month. The client mentioned in feedback that this one feature alone justified the entire project cost. Serverless Email & Notification - AWS Lambda, SNS, SES & EventBridge

The business was sending bulk emails manually - someone would export a list, paste it into Gmail, and hope nothing went wrong. I replaced that entire process with a serverless pipeline: Lambda functions triggered by EventBridge schedules, SNS for fan-out to multiple targets, and SES for reliable email delivery with proper bounce handling. Email delivery time dropped from a half-day manual job to under 2 minutes, fully automated. Zero manual intervention needed since go-live.
