With extensive experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, and international travel, I have worked directly with clients from the United States, Canada, Europe, and other countries. My responsibilities included welcoming and assisting customers, providing information and personalized service, supporting sales, and helping create a positive experience throughout their journey. I have experience working with vacation and hospitality companies, including supporting timeshare-related sales and customer services. Through strong communication, customer relationships, and professional service, I contributed to successful sales and helped generate significant revenue for the companies I worked with. Having traveled to more than 36 countries and lived in different cultures, I understand what international travelers and customers are looking for. Today, I bring this experience to social media and content creation, helping businesses promote tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, and products through authentic, engaging content.
