I understand user manuals can be overwhelming: they are convoluted, you need to follow the manual for multiple steps at the same time and they include steps for parts you don't even have. I do the research on your components before our call and make sure to curate the process for our call.

Based on past orders, an assembly usually takes 2-3 hours, depending on the complexity of the parts and your experience. However, I do prefer that we stay a bit longer if necessary, as I'd rather you end up with a fully functional build.

I am dedicated to ensure you enjoy your new build rather than make a quick buck, as this gig is not my main source of income. I am offering support after your order through a dedicated Discord server I've set up just for this, where all past clients can message me at any time.

Pre-builds are overpriced and of inferior quality. Most retailers bundle flashy hardware that's in high demand (e.g., latest generation CPUs or GPUs) with components they need to clear the stock for (e.g., older PSUs), and overcharge consumers for their assembly.

PC shops are very costly for the service they provide, and they usually try to assemble your PC as fast as possible, with minimal attention to detail.

Online resources are oftentimes outdated and only partially answer questions. There's a very little chance you'll find a step-by-step guide with exactly the components you have, hence I think you would need someone to provide personalized instructions (especially true for first-time builders).
